I know this is an old video, dating back more than 2 years now. But there is a faster way. Flashbangs. Flashbang over the gate at the start, kill up the stairs, flashbang up the stairs before you go up, run right across, flashbang up the stairs and the breach the door. Should be easy on the first set of stairs if you didn't kill anyone at the gates, seeing as there isn't "room" for enemies to spawn.

Meh, there's a better strategy that can get you 1 minute or less... run, stun, and knife/blow enemies up with nades. That's really easy and you will rarely fail.

Absolutely amazing strategy yet again..took me more then a few tries to get everything to line up perfectly and I even grabbed the wrong gun, the Thermal Intervention at the stairs.. but STILL GOT IT!! For those getting killed on the final part of the stairs...same happened to me. You should have 1 last flashbang, and that's what I did there instead..flashbanged it and worked like a charm.

one thing that really helps is to wait after you fire the at4 while you are going in between the boxes to switch your weapon back to the m4. O_o... after about 40 freaking tries this method did work for me :P.

TIP: If you're having trouble, take it really slow, and easy, but at the ending where he used the F2000, all I done was through a flash and ran, it was easy and I didn't take any damage. Only the the hardest part is after the Chopper, and the rest is easy if you take it slow except the ending :)

i've beaten so many of the spec ops on veteran this way. just flash your way through it. This game sucks when it comes to having lots of enemies at once :( i did snatch and grab in 58 seconds using this method, i know it's kinda like cheating but it makes everything so much better.
