MazeMurdersOfHeaven you little prick. YOU should be the one trying to make some effort by figuring out what that means you lazy bastard. Use your tiny brain some more, asshole.
FNM is my favorite over all band. I always seem to come back to them and never get tired of them.
people that listen to music for the "sound" of it or the "beat" are shallow anyway... FNM has ver piercing lyrics that dig very deep... Im sure it would make some feel very uncomfortable.
Screamo,Emo, and even some metal have a sick habit of using exaggerated whining to drive an emotional point home... FNM digs its fingers into yout skull, wiggles your brain and makes you actually think.
ok I will speak in english, die fucking ignorant and you ,try to learn another language....ooops sorry i figured out that this is clearly impossible with your little brain.idiot
When did FNM become Nu Metal? Their origin is pre Grunge and they sound nothing like the mediocrity that Nu Metal displays. Korn and Limp Bizkit (which are the epitome of Nu Metal) do not even come close to the class that FMN's music fits in. Two different genres, one annoying and a waste of time (Nu Metal) and the other awesome and creative (FNM).
Mike patton has one of my favorite voices...i still prefer maynards voice but mr.bungle, fnm and the things he made in the darkness videogame are just amazing.....
I like faith no more a shitload but this songs begginning sounds exactly like the beggining in ministry's filth pig. when i heard it i thought somebody covered somebody
Yeah, a very faithful reproduction of the Hitch classic. In a weird way it essentially sums up the whole movie (even though I don't recall James Stewart trying to hide pornos from Kim Novak ;-) )

the movie the other poster is referring to is "Vertigo", it's in color actually. This whole video is based on the movie, although in an interesting way.
listen to the album angel dust. especially the songs midlife crisis and a small victory. and falling to pieces and suprise your dead off of the album the real thing
Dude, each FNM song is pretty unique, it's hard to tell, but they have loads of excellent songs. I'll suggest you some: we care a lot, from out of nowhere, epic, surprise! you're dead, zombie eaters, the real thing, woodpeckers from mars, war pigs (cover), edge of the world, land of sunshine, midlife crisis, a small victory, everything's ruined, caffeine, evidence, the gentle art of making enemies, ricochet, digging the grave, last cup of sorrow, stripsearch, ashes to ashes, collision.
Not that the Chuck Mosley era was bad, but it's definitely inferior to the Patton era, maybe because the songwriting wasn't as solid and Chuck's vocals were pretty bad. But don't understimate the Mosley era, because there are some very brilliant songs from that period, like The Crab Song (surprisingly one of the best songs Faith No More ever did, even better with Mike Patton on vocals), We Care A Lot, Anne's Song and Introduce Yourself.
One of my all time favorite songs by FNM was in the mosley era. I absolutely love the song "as the worm turns" of course its better with patton singing it heh!
You might surprise yourself. On :40-:50 and 3:37 Mike looks just like Ethan Hawke. They have similar looking profiles. This is a very rare gem from FNM but I really like it.
¿Tome un aliento más profundo y el trago, su dolor, mañana Levante la taza y vaya a proponer una tostada a la cosa que duele usted el más Es su última taza de dolor Qué puede usted decir?

o.k. cool------ but i do like faith no more. saw them in concert in 97. i have their greatest hits cd and they rock. too bad they are not together. have you checked out "peeping tom"? the song is mojo and it is Mike patton from F.N.M. Good good song
Dear friends when I first watched this song on TV , it was a different clip which was made mostly some cuts from the original movie "Vertigo" and I love that clip. If you would tell me where I could download it I'd appreciate it.
i saw thse guys 3 times, always a riot, this is them at their very best, loads of talent and humour. like this look at 'peeping tom', 'betaband' hich is not heavy but as inventive and 'hotchip' also not heavy but inventive too....
I love the idea of a 'video cover'. Vertigo to this day is such a complex work of art that if they ever did a remake, it would probably star Colin Ferell and Jessica Simpson and it would fucking blow. But, a four minute music video is brilliant. By far, not my favorite FNM song, but easily my favorite video by them.
Vertigo is a film about obsession, perversion, deception, voyeurism, delusion and mental illness, so it's no wonder FNM made this. But I can't believe I never saw it before! One of my fave bands and one of my fave films.
The characters' personality swapping and obsessive behaviour are very used by Lynch in his movies. I can see similarities between the clip and some Lynch movies but it is just my opinion.
She didn't jump... Somebody "helped" her, hehe... (Did u notice the guy with the crowbar at the end? He was played by the drummer... What's his name?).
i agree with slobberty! Faith No More are definitely not seen as one hit wonders, Album of the Year was quite successful as well, and happens to be the one this song comes from.....
They aren't known as one hit wonders, Angel Dust sold a fair bit, same with King For A Day...
Research before you assume!
If they we're one hit wonders, people would have forgotten about them intirely, as well as Mike Patton not having a cult status in the music industry, nor would he be considered a musical genious, IF Faith No More had been one hit wonders...
