YAY! I'm not a lesbian but this makes me so happy! I'm kind of confused though, because on any of the big news sites the news came out today... something like this should have been much more known. Congrats to everyone who is gay or lesbian and wants to adopt!
In all honesty, a foster kid just wants love; whether it be from 2 people who happen to be the same-sex or opposite sexes. It's sick that they would deny these children loving parents.

I am SOOOO Glad that the adoption ban is now overturned! Wonderful news for the state of Florida and the GLBT community within that state!

@silentfades If it is appealed it will head to the Florida Supreme Court, not the US Federal Supreme Court.
