@Slingblade347 The income tax is not legal period. It was justified as an excise tax. If that were true your labor is a commodity, and by inference that makes people commodities. the 16th amendment gave no new powers to tax to the government and it was stated clearly by the chief justice after it was passed. They just changed the definition of what a person was so that they could levy a direct tax on people which is expressly forbidden in article 1 of the Constitution.

I think thats when people really take to the streets. When their efforts to restore liberty through his movement are taken away by the rigged voting process it'll be the breaking point.
