Maybe the sound is cut out so you don't hear Dr. Phil hounding the guy and throwing what he did back in his face after the father keeps trying to apologize and beg his daughter's forgiveness. It was obvious there was no relenting from Phil's "helping hand", so he finally got fed up and walked off. Sure, he did a horrible thing, but there's only so much badgering a person can take when they're making themselves emotionally vulnerable & pleading for a 2nd chance. I'd have called Phil an ass too
