1D into Laptop. Laptop audio into mixer via sound-card or alternatively, Xone:2D which is 1D with internal sound-card.

You will need a soundcard + controller of your choice.

1D + 2D will give you all you need to operate Traktor.

that effect comes from Ableton. It's a native instrument plug in very fun to use.

says who? When doing electro house, scratches sometimes can add a litlle spice to your mixes. There are no guidelines to mixing or anything, as long as you can beatmatch, harmonically match and make the crowd go wild
