I've never heard that before, but thank you for the tip...I'll research that. I've lost 141 lbs now, all the while drinking bottled water....but admittedly, that's because of the surgery. Thank you for the tip!

great vid. in response to the money in case anyone is reading, there is ways to finance the surgery. sometimes the doctors will have some kind of special package for self-payers. such as they will cover all follow ups for a year. you just have to search around. and my aunt has GB more than 10 years ago and she's still pretty tiny, but her friend also had it and gained a lot of weight back because her stomach stretched.

I've been watching your vids for weeks now and decided to join. You have been a great help with all your info and WLS facts. I am having surgery Monday!!! I'm nervous, excited, and scared. Candise...don't be too scared! My doctor told me that my level of pain was unusual, and truth be told.. I feel FANTASTIC now. It was never totally unbearable...it was just constant. And it's more likely that you'll be in the majority that just deals with "soreness." You'll be great! I wish you the best, and keep me posted! :)
