  • OMFG Someone driving a KJ that actually knows how to drive!! I laugh because all the other kj videos are some goomba's wheeling a stock kj with half bald stock tires wtf, and people dog em' hard and say get a real jeep when all they have to do is not post videos and let real off road enthusiasts wheel and record their capable cj/yj/kj/kk/jk/xj/zj....etc!

  • koool vid ! i love libbies

  • nice video horrible song choice had to mute it

  • at 2:09 what the fuck was he going to do if the Jeep decided to roll? Catch it??

  • @TheChills100 lol, i was thinking the same thing! Maybe he's Clark Kent.....he did look a little nerdy.

  • Some modification these things really can be trail rated.

  • Good Job!

  • is there a suspension upgrade on this?

  • Sweet video, nice Jeep, great music, and cool dog. Looks like it was a good time.

  • what mods did you do??? lift kit right? i can see the tires

  • That's a decently capable little Jeep... not bad for a mild lift and smallish m/t tires.

  • If planet earth ever gets over run by zombies , the first thing imma do is raid the jeep dealership and leave a cheque out of respect

  • Not to bad for a Jeep.....haha just kidding im not brand loyal, as long as your wheeling anything you drive is cool

  • word!!! we will run our jeeps till the very last drop of oil leaves the earth!!

  • nice kj bro,, ive got a 06 renedage and i wish there was that kind of terrain where i live lol, you drive like a pro

  • Just bought a white 2004 Jeep Liberty. So in love... :)

  • wow very impressive @ :31 Wife just bought an 02 liberty sport. Hope it does well off road.....

  • @1f0und1 it is! i have an 02 sport and this past winter with all the snow we had in ohio i had a ball in it! a friend of mine wanted me to pick him up at his house, the road to it had not been plowed and there was snow up to the doors! i put my libby in 4LO and took off, not one bit of trouble getting to him! your wife will LOVE the liberty except for the mileage.

  • @jeepgayguy haha yeah we have had it for a few months now, we got dumped on with snow here in Utah, and the libby pulled through, I think I need to get new tires on it, cause the ones on there aren't sipped, and they are a bit slippy, but overall I'm glad we had the libby, cause my caddy wasn't getting out of our drive way hahaha

I havent been able to take it to dirt/mud/rock yet, but from what i have seen and heard, the libbys are pretty capable stock.

  • all jeeps and other 4x4s will be ifs soon live with it and learn to make them better! on this as all ifs jeeps the front looks very stiff?

  • Comment removed

  • The liberty is the only Jeep out right now I like, and am considering buying.

  • I love this trail in Boulder, some of the best 4X4 trails

  • not even for a wrangler!? =O

  • Hey, sweet video dude. Do you have a lift kit or anything on that liberty other than the tires and rims?

  • pedazo de coce que tienes!!!!

  • gotta love ajeep, i would trade my liberty for anything

  • You mean "wouldn't"?

I love my libby too. Its basically the same one in this vid minus the tires and rims =(

  • i cant stand this, a liberty sucks offroading compared to everythng else offraoded. the words jeep doesnt mean trail rated, and trail rated dont even mean trail rated anymore, jeep sold out. cheap parts. the liberty dont even have dana axles =(

  • @redv8jeep front ifs axle is a dana d30a and on european libertys have danna 44 rears too

  • @redv8jeep they do if you get the rugged package acutally :) u gotta look it up the lib comes with a rugged package and a luxury package

  • Nice rims and tires. Are they from a Rubicon?

  • I have a 2008 liberty. I had a rock krawler 3.5 lift on it. before i put the lift the liberty did good off road. I know it will never be a rock crawler but for a trail truck it does good.

  • I'm surprised he never really grounded out

  • Nice Libby man,I have a 2003 liberty..I just put new 16'' all terrain tires on it that a buddy of mine gave to me.Let me tell you they go through some shit...Your Libby is much nicer than mine..lol..probably because i beat the hell out of mine on this one trail that goes back through 2600 acres of woodland. But it still is taking a beating to this day. Those liberty s kick ass.Again nice video and nice liberty man.

  • wow nice lol do you have any type of lift and what size are those bfgs?

  • Nice Liberty, good to see them out and about.

Liked the random dog in the middle of the video, heh.

  • people that say they have ....... vehicle. and that they have never got stuck means they never have really off-roaded. everybody get stucks period

  • get f/r lockers, you will cruize over the obstacles you couldnt get before. Excellent driving, go libby!

  • There at 0:36, i think that with a little more momentum, it would've gone up.

At 1:53. True off roader!!! LOOOOOOOL

Love Liberty. Got a 4x2 and havent ever got stuck

  • the new Wranglers that are out are useless...I own a Liberty, live in the mountains of lake Tahoe and help Jeep Cherokees and Wranglers out of mud/snow often. Besides with the milage other Jeeps get they are not worth much parked right now! My Lib gets 22-26 depending on the rack being on the roof or not and how hard I push her....Case waaay closed when $8.00 a gallon rolls around..LOL

  • Nice vid.

  • any mods done

  • also cool vid!!

  • why do people(even jeep people) have a problem with the KJ's? is it because they replaced the xj's or is it because of the ifs??? i own a '00 xj sport and i love it. i always liked the liberty renegades

  • na come on i can do anythin

  • Not entirely true. You cannot expect the IFS to flex with a sway bar connected. If that was the case, the jeep would have terrible handling and tons of body roll. Youve got to disco the sway on the liberty just like every other Jeep offroad. Also, if you think about suspensions and how they work, when you lift the liberty you do not loose any flex at all. You just gain more upward flex and loose the downward flex. :)

  • Ok if you're seriously trying to argue FOR IFS tell me why exactly zero competition rock crawlers use IFS? Case closed. IFS is inferior to solid axles in 95% of offroad situations. One place IFS wins in high speed but other than that its no competition

  • Didnt say they were better than a SFA rig at all(They are not). I was just saying that they do not loose any flex when you lift them.

  • The reason many rock crawlers use solid axles is because they are cheap to repair, easy to source, and swappable between vehicles. Not to mention they are far less complex...most rock crawlers are pretty simple, raw vehicles.

  • Don't forget the flex. Cause independent will never compare to the flex of a solid axle.

  • @Qbynordi your mistaken if you think a stock liberty is on the same level as a crv. youve obviously never driven either offroad

  • solid axle lift kit $700.......IFS lift kit for my liberty 2" was $2300........ why does jeep pander to the city yuppies and not 4x4 enthuses. we don't care if gas is $5.00/gal . we wheel anyway.

  • @hawksucker69 there is no 2' lift kit for libertys that would even come close to that much unless you have a frankenlift or ome and even those are rarely above 1500

  • @hawksucker69 They should offer a "rubicon" version of the liberty, complete with a suspension lift and lockers front and rear. Also, while we're at it, why doesn't Jeep bring back the geared transfer case as an option for hardcore off-roaders? Just a thought.....

  • @wonderfulman2456 and skid plates! :)

  • @hawksucker69 mine was 750 for my liberty

  • Ive had a 72 Bronco with 33's, a 97 Wrangler with 31.5' and now a Liberty KJ. The KJ is by far the best.

  • I would buy a KJ if the had a solid front axle. For now I'll stick to my Cherokee and Wrangler. Don't take this the wrong way I like the KJ's just not IFS. Nice video though.

  • bd189 <must try powertrax very good for what you are looking for.

  • anybody know anything about 'ox lockers'? i've thought about buying them for my liberty so i have the one wheel wonder for the street and locked axels on trails that need it.

  • i dont drive a prius, so this isnt an insult, its an honest question: what mpg do you get?

  • What does a Prius have to do with a Jeep KJ?

  • i was trying to iterate the fact that that comment i made wasn't an insult. prius owners are generally biast to anything that doesnt get 1000 mpgs like their cars do that what i was saying

  • in my 2002 liberty sport 4x4 i get 26mpg highway or better when traffic doesn't get backed up. i don't know if it makes the difference but i also DON'T have anti lock brakes or traction stability control. my aunt has those in her liberty 4x4 and only gets 20mpg highway.

  • you Need a Locker

  • Very Nice VIDEO. You need a locker.

  • Nice Liberty, i live in co too and i have a 07 silver that will be modified when i get back from overseas.

  • what is the name of the song?

  • im looking at getting one of these beauts this weekend, where outside of boulder is this trail?

  • man, I love the liberty jeep, I am getting one next year and I want to go off road but I dont know where ? HELP......

  • Sunny corner,Peel, mulian creek, just to name a few just ask for locations and ill help ya out

  • Shitty song, but I love the Jeep. Does it have a lift? Looks like a fairly tough trail, nice driving.

  • What year is that lib? I have a 2003...you should check out my Liberty vids...I live near the Tahuya 4X4 trials in Washington state. I have taken my stock liberty to the limits to test its strengths and weaknesses, now its time to spend some money and add some Mods.

  • Love those stock libby's. Just got my Yokohama Geolandars on mine. They do need a locker though. Helps when one wheel gets off the ground.

  • Sweet Jeep. Would of gotten through all of that with a locker. :)

  • Nice Jeep! Check out differential lockers if you can, looks like it might help in some of those tough places.

  • are those the tock tires or did u change them

  • not bad for an IFS...

but chrysler should never pretend it as a cherokee succesor at all

  • It's like a training film on how to get winched up obstacles...weak truck...

  • That Liberty looks great with those Rubicon wheels. Do you live in Highlands Ranch?

  • would be cool if you had CRD

  • nice video

  • CHECK OUT MY PUG DOG TRILOGY! (5 VIDS)

  • Badass dude

  • nice libby,..i have an 02 sport,good jeep.

  • Jeep Rubicon 16" Wheels

  • Very nice clip. I have a Liberty, and I am amazed at what these things can do. Libbys are definitely not just for chicks.

  • I use to think the libertys were for chicks but that is pretty good looking man and white is the color id get to

  • i LOVE those wheels on that liberty..i have the same liberty but it has the stock 5 spoke wheels on it...didnt those wheels come off of a jeep wrangler renegade? i need to know because that jeep looks so sharp with those wheels on it, oh and is it a 2 and a half inch lift?...thats what mine has.

  • i'm about to get my 3.7 v6 '06 liberty sport, it arrives to Peru in 2 weeks :-D

  • Awesome! I have 06 KJ.

  • I think it's Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous by Good Charlotte.

Nice clip, I've also got a KJ - 2.8L CRD Manual Sport. Lovely car....

  • The song is by a band named "Good Charlotte" I do not know the name of the song since I am not a fan.

Nice Jeep though I have a 93xj and I want another Jeep for daily driving I am looking at these.

  • Hi, ttutj, Awesome Video I Got A Jeep Liberty Too And Enjoy Doing That At Rosarito, Ensenada Baja California Mexico. One Question, What Is The Name Of The Song ¿? thanks.....O_o
