thats not a glitch. its part of the drunk mario code. after the star get, mario starts hearing voices in his head. after all, a combo of being drunk and pressure of the mushroom kingdoms continued existence depending on him, mario must be beat up, maybe even making him think hes capton falcon. You putted the "Drunken Mario" cheat on, and the cheats force the code of the game. So, activating this you can modify many secondary aspects, that don´t expects, like this message. Oh well... you are lucky for recieving this message, beacuse in most cases, with odd cheats the game simply frezzes.
