Generally, I love to lo listen to whispering videos, but I found this strangely relaxing to listen to. You look like a very sweet lady, and I hope you stick around to make more videos, because this was great! :)

Have you had an injury or a misalignment? do your relaxation time, but notice how you might be carrying so much tension to get at the deeper causes.
