I would think it would work. My card is only a geforce7900 gs. I get about 80fps average on source. I would suggest HDMI connections though. S video and component cables look like shit.

I can play CSS on my 42" HDTV max res of 1024x768
I get the same FPS due to it being EXACTLY the same res so its not putting out anything more.

Apparently ALL HDTV can handle CS Source...it just depends if you have a HD Compatible Video Card. So you FAIL.
