Most of landlords are NOT willing to negotiate leasing terms unless the space for rent is not popular. They prefer keep the space empty for many months then sign a lease for less.
Wholesaler/distributors do not have as many orders from retailers, as used to be, so they are more willing to negotiate the amount of min order. This is true, however think WHY they do it.
Retail fixture. Who cares much about it this days, when recently the most unique (and expensive, btw) boutiques have very unusual displays made from recycle materials?
