The coach at my school was very cool, and taught us strictly BJJ because it "is the most effective self-defense martial art". I'm taking the class for a third time now, but the new coach teaching it is the dumbass wrestling coach, and all we're learning is--you guessed it--wrestling. He thinks wrestling trumps Jiu-Jitsu.
