Hi connor, believe me there are much smaller chicken farms! In city apartments people keep banty hens in large furnished cages! Much more space than commercial chickens mind you, but still much smaller chicken "farm"!

I've just recently got chickens, not too sure what to do with them so far. A perch you say? I thought that was for them to just sit on, but they sleep there? Maybe that's why mine won't lay eggs :P
