  • I'd really like to see this film but I can't get even average picture quality. Is there anyway of improving the image?

  • @PaulT1967

They didn't have good picture quality back then. It's kinda like the real experience lol

  • L'histoire du'n gosse, adolescent mal aimé et dont les parents ne s'occupent pas donc il fait les 400 coups,he just does wrong things,he steals, lies and fights with other boys.Because he has no love at home.ANtoine doinel is a bit Francois truffaut actually cause Francois truffaut was neglected as a child.

  • thank u very much

  • hey stupid pervs, not a porno somebody snuck in, ha ha ha. the whole film is excellent, one of Truffaut's earliest and one of his best. hated it when T sold out and had that cameo role in idiot Spielberg's "encounters of the third kind"

  • thanks for uploading...anyone please upload breathless(1960) with subtitles...thanks

  • @Nabhendu1directed by Godard, good taste my friend

  • 2:50

  • Magnifiques.

  • Thank you! I loved the film. And thank you Truffaut.

  • OMG, I laughed so hard at the part when one of the boys continuously rips off his notebook papers :)) That kind of notebook, if you rip out one page, you'll have to take out another - kind of silly :)) And ink all over your hands and books and shirts and face... Reminds me of the happy time when I was in primary school.

  • @snoopy1804 haha I did too!

  • Comment removed

  • @unfortunatebeam 'here poor Antoine Doinel ws unfairly punished...'

    just read the subtitles.

  • MERCI

  • Hahaha the last part when he throws the chalk at the boy... Were all teachers back then so strict or is it just this one in particular? Or is it a French thing?

  • Thanks so much for uploading this!

  • Oh, so beautiful. It moves me to hear the 'generique' - I used to watch this movie over and over when I was about 22 I'd say, on good old Betamax.

  • is this an original soundtrack?

what is the theme of this movie called?

  • @daledheyalef Yes, this is the original soundtrack.

"Générique Et Car de Police" by Jean Constantin.

  • @mbarac88 I love this film and soundtrack, very sad and poignant.
