Most of these harsh posts in Youtube condemning dog eating comes from Immigrants to the USA who are embarrassed by their customs at home. Some also comes from Fanatical Animal advocates like PETA and those who with very low IQ who can't understand the concept that outside USA other culture equal to their own exists.
