Jedi = Wizards with swords.

They may reflex some magics with their light saber... as in harry potter they shot the spell out in the form of projectiles.

They would own any regular wizard... and as you may know, many Jedi could manage to kill big and special enemies like Rancor and AT-AT too, so dragons, giant snake, and troll could not be any problem for them. BUT there are special cases... like Voldermorth, who was immortal... This require Sith lords to beat'em, I suppose.
