Like where to get the program? You can buy it anywhere and there are trial downloads. But on the effects, she/he used a lot of color changing effects, cutting out, cropping, and positioning. And some opacity, which basically means fading.

Nana isn't much better she aswell, due to her "papa" always made her feel better and thought her that killing humans is wrong, But for Lucy was the only way for her to release her sadness is to go mad. Just want to clear this up: They're not ACTUALLY cousins. In Japan, they can use cousin to mean someone who is just around their age. Same thing with the term aunt and uncle. They call an older woman aunt, even if she's not really their aunt.

I think they meant what kinda program did they use to make the AMV. To answer that, I'm not sure. I only use WMM (Windows Movie Maker). I wish I can figure out what they use but I bet it costs money. XP
