In any medium, when has a battle with the Penguin ever sounded...so epic? It really does capture the essence of him NOT standing still and fighting you with flying umbrellas

I ALMOST beat the Penguin on hard. We both had ONLY ONE HIT LEFT!!! I had no more lives, no more test tubes, all I needed was one more punch, and...he bit my face.

i beat the game on all modes, and the penguin is hard both times, even when you know all his moves. some are just impossible to dodge.

@Vampire634 If you're talking about the move where he flies in from the side, there actually is a way to dodge it. If you wait a moment after he leaves the screen, then use your B+Y special, you'll be momentarily invulnerable while you do the attack, and since he can't be damaged while he's doing that attack either, you'll avoid being hit while also avoiding losing any health for using the attack.

Oh yeah, the Penguin sure did prove to be an extreme boss at the end and the middle of the game Whoo.

His machine gun umbrella contraption always got me.
