Voting is a privilege not a right. That privilege comes with responsibilities, many of which, I am sure that the people that are being registered to vote in this blitzkrieg fashion, are truly ignorant of anything more than what applies to them in the 'gimme my share now' mindset.

The main crime here is that people aren't automatically registered to voter by birthright: like social security
