lucky... I had a 250 Mojave and 230 quadsport but no compairison to the 500 I'd say. I once saw a dude that weighed aobout 400lbs stop at the bottom of a huge/steep hill on a 500. Took his helmet off and climbed the hill. Well, near the top he let it get down to a chug (where 2 strokes don't like it) then gassed it and it came alive and threw shit everywhere as it crested the hill. crazy bastard! lol
