  • this is a good routine but, you might consider doing the lunge in reverse ( stepping backwards ) as not to place the strain of this exercise on the ligaments in the knee. its much more controlled and you can feel it more in the quad and in the ham. youll thank me for this advice in latter years. exercise safe and with awareness...peace!!!
