Tired of checking tire pressure? Try Quick Pressure tire pressure monitor caps (available from PSI 26 to PSI 165). I have a question: I went to shell gas station to get my tires inflated, but my problem is, i dont know if i did it right. when i checked the pressure of my front tires a needle like thing popped out of the thing that you put agains your tire where the air goes in and that needle thing had this numbers on them like 1, 2, 3, 4 and so on. and in between this numbers, it had lines like this 1|||2||| what do they mean? i put a pressure on my tire on the fron about 3||| each. advise.

@Merts478 hi there. We recommend you call into your local tyre dealer or garage for advice and guidance on checking tyre pressures if you're not sure about anything.

However, and without knowing all the details, it sounds like you're using a basic manual pressure gauge. They come with various markings, but given the markings are 1, 2, 3, etc. these are likely to be in 'Bar'.
