people laugh at this stuff, but it does work. there is an application for all of it and you can really build muscle with it. Of course you would still want to eventually add a weight routine. Still, I would kill for a set like this.
Thanks for posting this. This was the first exercise apparatus i mailed away for. Doing squats wit his thing was awkward and you better keep your feet planted on the bottom bar. My parents seeing me trying to religiously use this thing, bought me my first weight set! LOL.
