The great thing about this video is that you don't even need to pay attention to it for it to work- which is not to say it isn't worth paying attention too! Just that it can also have a very soothing ambient effect... Thanks for posting it!

everyone always does like forest or something like that but I haven't seen an island one yet, this is my kind of relaxation, can just drift off and have sweet dreams about somewhere hot and beautiful.
