You cant fight against mainstream music because clearchannel/livenation/houseofblues/vevo has a monopoly on the music biz that violates ANTI-TRUST. They own most of the important radio stations in ALL major markets. They own the record companies, the distribution, the promotion, they print the tix, they own the venues the actual seats themselves... and vevo in short they own music lock stock and barrel. Worse still most of these pukes were picked because they have good hair and the right look.

well yeah. but there is two kind of pop music, any genre, any band, any artist can be pop music because it is popular and then there is those kind of artists like britney spears and pussy cat dolls and all those you say that they are pop too. So pop has two meanings in a way if you think it that way.
