@andrew3656 - She -really- needs more chest support; it would round her higher notes so that she wouldn't be enunciating 'peen' rather than 'pain'. I used to do this actually. You can notice how the higher she goes into her register the less round the notes, and the more 'ee' / 'ih' is pronounced.

... Her vocal coach needs to be strung up by his / her toenails. This could've been prevented.

I think that her lower notes sound better than the high ones. I know that she is supposed to be an opera singer, but I think that she would have been better off either sticking to the mezzo range or not doing opera at all. She has destroyed her voice. I am certain that the smoking contributed, but singing out of her range all those years is what really did it.
