Thank you for posting this wonderful video. I would have been standing quite near you during the parade. I had never attended Remembrance services outside of Canada before and it was a very moving experience.
Excellent amateur, thankfully no-commentary video. Good sound. To each their own thoughts, on Commemoration of Casualties of War. Thanks. With feeling. RIP.
the monuments should be removed and put in sandhurst or similar or just pulled down and crushed and something erected in their place that will be used everyday and represents Britian exactly how the Government and it's people have allowed and wanted it to become.
a nice large mosque leaps to mind
you could even use smelted down wheelchairs of pensioner war heros for the footings
Your clearly a twit wanting atention for saying offencife things, and whoever made this video...why did you have like a nan second interval of the navy, but lots on the army?
In reply to Magna 55 ...this all sounds a bit jingolistic.............surly this is the kind of attitudes and sentiments that the second world war was fought over!!!.............I too am extremley proud to be British,.and of the tolerance and fairness of the majority of the British public
..............p.s....and how can the Queen solve your problem and drive out the heathen hordes that invade our shores?( your words not mine!).....she's from Germanic descent and married to a Greek!.
Sometimes so hauntingly sad yet uplifting at the same time. The feeling of greatness of our combined heritage , race and our overwhelming superiority over all other nations and creeds is compelling.
I shall never rest until we regain our great and vast empire.
God save our gracious Queen may she one day find her senses and drive out the heathen hordes who impose themselves on her kingdom.
No political allience or empire has really lasted longer than 500 years!! Ok thats a long time but the EU wont last nor will the un in its current form. In years to come a lot of our former empire will welcome our leadership with open arms.
No other country can put on a show or spectacle like the British can do. Royal Weddings, State Funerals, Coronations, to Trooping the Colour and Remembrance Day. All that pomp and grandeur seeing the Royal Family, the military soldiers and musical bands. It makes me jealous.

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them

Short answer to your question - Give it time.

What are you on about? We still rule the world. Over the whole world, counting the top 50 companies, Britain owns 18 of them.

It's perfection.
