This is all very enjoyable listening tonight. This one has really pretty tone and you've always had a great jazz sensibility (must have gotten mine). I don't often think of MDD, but this made me think of him and how much he'd have liked it. Life should have allowed for a few duets.

The accompaniment was started in Band-in-a-Box just to get the basic rhythm section patterns, but I always rewrite the BIAB midis in Sibelius to get a more personalized arrangement. I could write the arrangements from scratch in Sibelius, but my knowledge of comping styles leaves something to be desired since I've never played a rhythm instrument. BIAB gives me a good head start and saves me some time, but I do quite a bit of rearranging once I get it into Sibelius.
