Yes it was a massacre. I served 3 tours of duty over there, and Im a Marine. We didn't go over there to kill civilians. We helped the Iraqi Army out and trained them to stand up against Al queada, but we couldn't just pull out the first six months. The war was really bad during the first few years till we killed Saddam, and now we have pulled out. If there is ever a time we go back. I will be going.

Yes it was a massacre. I served 3 tours of duty over there, and Im a Marine. We didn't go over there to kill civilians. We helped the Iraqi Army out and trained them to stand up against Al queada, but we couldn't just pull out the first six months. The war was really bad during the first few years till we killed Saddam, and now we have pulled out. If there is ever a time we go back. I will be going.

EG; the USSR ; when the russians invaded afghanistan, the STATE-owned radio MOSCOW transmitted a message continuously for 5 days and nights CONDEMNING the invasion and calling on the afghans to RESIST. To civilians - you will never know the brotherhood, comrade that service members get to experience, only made stronger by the extreme situations we are put in.
