So there is 50 cons and the pro is........it's cheap? Why did u buy a chinese quad? why not Yamaha? Suzuki? Honda? Polaris? Can-am? KTM? Kawasaki??????????
What about Japanese ATV's, You think they are they good? Cause I think Yamaha is Japanese and I got a 1992 Yamaha TimberWolf 250cc with manual transmission. It's still in great shape too. BTW not Chinese or Japanese, I am Hmong Google if you don't now about it.
Choice #1 -Go cheap, buy this junk and the repeated breakdowns, disappointment, and beatings from his friends will emotionally scar your kid for life.
-OR-
Choice #2 -Stop going to strip clubs & cheating on the wife with hookers, selfishly buy a JAPANESE ATV for yourself, don't let kid touch it and emotionally scar kid for life.
I bought a Geovanni 70 cc quad about 3 years ago online in BC. Driven hard and fast by a 7yr old . Still runs good had to replace the battery (NAPA)
Hey for $ 350.00 it was a good deal can't buy a Battery operated one for that price.I'm going to have to buy tires soon. actually the Geo motor is like a Honda if you take a closer look.
Chineese quads are a great deal just as long as you know their limitations. i got an awesome deal on a 2006 bashan bs200 a few weeks ago. all i did was changed all the fluids and rode it like HELL for like a week straight and today the clutch finally gave out. not bad for 400 euro. gonna intall a new clutch and do it all again. fuck overpaying for a Honda cause you mostly pay for the name anyway. with my Chinese quads i get cheap thrills
Baja bikes are the best chineese bikes you can buy in my opinion, I bought a baja 90 dirtrunner a few years ago and never had a single problem with it, and last augest my friend bought some other chineese 125 for the same price, and hes put 500 bucks into it, everything is falling apart it barley runs and the front end is held together with one bolt and a shitload of duct tape, he rides it hard, but not hard enough for that to happen.
I have Sunl 125cc ATV I have used it for 5 years and the only things I have had to replace are the battery and gas petcock.. I use it almost everyday to run around my 100 acres. Say what you want but these Chinese ATV's are not that bad, but then I take care of mine service it change the oil etc.. Sure if you run it into the ground like this one it won't last but I don't think anything will not break, just if it's a name brand you go to local dealership and buy a new over priced part.
m8 my 110cc chinese atv tires suspensin and bars are brilliant u just have to choose wisely usually the ones with names are bad like this baja...........hope i helped
i have 2 of this runs great i buy brand new on 2005 and they still running like new today nothing broke never so yes they are so good for the price , and also just think if you buy brand name you are paying for all the tv spots and all those catalogs and after all they are the same thing by the way this are honda engines i do have 3 sccoters and 6 4 wheelers and like i said never had problems with any of them
I have a 110cc atv mini hummer gio engine and i just bought it and lost the manual so could you just post a video on youtube on how to start it because this is my first atv and i replaced the coil the secound day i bought it so i replaced it and know i am haveing no power to the coil so could you please help me?
you know that the engine in the 90cc is actually a honda clone engine... So you can take a honda c90 engine and it will swap in place once your chinese one eventually fails.
For light normal duty use they are great, would I want to race on one? Hell no! Who needs fuel injection on a atv? No me, 80's tech works just fine. Like they say, u get what u pay for, a cheaper atv at a cheaper price. On the bright side u don't get rapped without Vaseline like when u buy a name brand.
With so many factories making these units in China there are some good and some not so good. Overall they are ok for intermediate lite use riders, definetely not meant for heavy duty/extreme use. Typically we find many manufactures have used poor quality parts when producing the original unit to save on costs. If you take the time to use Loc-Tite on the nuts and bolts to help hold them together it helps. We have high qaulity parts at outsidedistributing website
Good video, I had several Chinese atvs, scooters and bikes. No complains, they need more maintenance? Yes, are they cheaper build? Yes, are they reliable? Yes. If u can wrench and have some tools u be fine, if u want something u don't have to work on, buy a brand name.
@donyboy73 I just got one of these for 60 bucks, any tips on things that i should keep checking frequently? Engine runs fine but has a little pinging, and needs a new master cylinder for the brakes but thats it...
bull shit they aint gonna break ive had a kazuma panda 110cc for almost 10 years now and all i have ever done to it is : a few spark plugs put petrol in it oil in it kept the chain tight and put a headlight bulb in it and surprisingly i have NEVER put a battery in it and it has got to have done nearly 3500 miles loads of whitch on tarmac origonal front tires stil have 3/4 tread origonal rear tires 1/2 tread and has had hamering after hamering doesnt burn oil doesnt smoke and is still goin strong
When buying a scooter i was thinking about the Chinese models, but my main concern was the availability of parts if they break down. Thats why i spent a little more money, and invested in a slightly used Honda because i knew parts were readily available.
u.s.a atv are too expensive. there way too much lots of people cant afford u.s.a atv doing thats why they buy chinese atv there cheaper and affordable then u.s.a
china made bike are good bike an the motors are tough i have had the china made motors out last any of the name brand bikes an go threw more hell then any of the name brand bikes i am one of the few that will defend the china brands you would to if u seen what i have put em threw.but the main problem is like he said the electrics on the bikes mainly the cdi boxes.i have bought 100s of em that did not run bc of the alarms on em
@Richierich1285 i dont know about you but i bought another chines brand about a year ago and in only 3 weeks it completely fucked up on me so what did i do i bought my friend's old usa brister gokart frame, bought a new greyhound 6.5 HP motor and some new tires and im still riding it today like new. just by the way my motor is considered a honda clone which means a breand name means nothing when you realy compare it to other name brands.
i got the same one....clutch os worn out so no nuetral...lost the key....so wired it to not need it.....id like to stuff a 125cc engine or sumthin close to that in mine...could that be done do you think?
@211wyatt Of course you can fit a 125. I'm waiting for a 125cc 4 speed semi-auto engine. Just make sure that it have a electric start since the kick start is more likely to interfere with the frame.
baja motorsports is the only chines brand i trust. i had a 150cc gokart from them and it was very good and fast. but the mainland chinese atv's are JUNK. my friends had mini chinese atvs and the frames COMPLETELY rusted out, and i had one of those mini atvs as well, all the bolts kept coming loose. on the last mini atv we had for my nephew the bolts holding the swing arm kept coming loose.
after having been to China, having native Chinese tell me that Chinese vehicles suck balls, and having seen how crappy they are myself, I would NEVER go within 10 feet of one.
I would NEVER buy one of these for a child, mainly because of safety concerns; these do not conform to any safety standards, and as you pointed out, the steering has already failed on this thing. Who's to say the chinese brake hoses won't fall apart just as the steering column breaks off, as the 12 year old driver is cruising towards a wall at 30 mph?!?
@bbishoppcm you should drive it on a field not against a wall, it also depends on the quality of the bike you buy, You get different 110cc quad for $500 and completely differen for $1000
@bbishoppcm if ur lookin for a good starter atv well im 12 yrs old and im already drivin a honda fourtrax 300 1992 because ive been driven since i was 3 but if this 12 yr old has no experience i would go to a yamaha or honda and see if they have a smaller atv
A lot of these rules apply to Chinese scooters too. They're pretty fast, and very easy to work on, but they're very flimsy and the engines make a lot of vibrations and smoke.
I bought one, i changed the place of the cdi, i changed the place of the battery... and i put supplements on the wheel... the motor isnt bad... 4 gears and reverse..
Is the last thing you showed about the rev limiting thing at high speeds a CDI? Please respond because I think it happens with my atv but I'm unsure what its called

nice review. i got one of these when i was 14 for christmas, i learned to ride on it, and didnt have any problems with it, mind you we traded it in towards my suzuki LTR450 within a year haha. bought it on sale for $800, got a $1000 trade in value, how sweet is that haha
I have one there not that bad a lot of the engines are e22 lifan or some are Gy6 motors people say u cant find parts wrong u can on line and there not that much and you can get performance part for these things to some fabbing u will have to do but its well worth it if u have one just goggle chinese atv parts
