  • Keep your shoulders level.

  • first thing, u have no linear movement ... witch means when ur leg goes up drive ur hips toward ur target.. then break ur hands later then keep weight on back leg till almost foot strike then fire it forward then at foot plant drive ur hips all away around to the target while keeping ur shoulders parallel to the target for as long as possible that is called hip shoulder seperation....then keep the head stable and fire to the target

  • @catchthis55 Thank you for the comment. I think you make some great points concerning direction, timing and control. Very sound advice.

  • You can have almost perfect body mecanics to generate velocity but it is lost if the ARM ACTION is improper.

  • Thanks for the comment. When you say improper arm action what are you refering to and what should the adjustment be?

  • take a 15 to 25 inch step back and move fast into a long stride.

break your hands late and dont stop in a balance point just flow through.

and do not take your leg down then out just strait out.

  • You need to work on the end of your truck roation position.your head knee and ankel should line up . your eyes r not level when u land. also, tuck in the glove by your side or chest. keep working.

  • Thanks for the comment. I've been working on trying to get over the front leg a bit more and staying lined up. I will be posting again soon I think there have been some adjustments since then so check in again on my channel to see how it is comming along. thanks again.

  • Leaning back doesn't do any good, try to drive forward with the front side of your body more.

  • I wasnt trying to lean, but realised I was very drastic when I saw this. I don't think I do it as much now but it is something I did my whole pitching life so it is hard to break. Thanks for the comment.

  • I would love to see some intelectual analysis on where I am going wrong and what adjustments I should be making. I am interested in seeing what kind of instruction the pitching experts have for me. If I were to give myself advice I would say: I should keep my head on more of a straight path towards the plate. I feel like I should be a bit more level with my shoulders and make an attempt not to arch my back towards 1st (better posture). Besides losing 50lbs. and 10yrs. What do you guys think?
