i dont think its a penalty he kept his hand right next to his body. Its not like he put up his arm to trip him. His arm just moved naturally because his body was moving. the italian player let his feet drag over the Austrialians body and then fell. He should have jumped over and scored anyways. btw im french so i wish that there was no penalty but whatever.
