Thinking of doing something similar at home (although I don't have the means to film it in case you're worried about competition lol), just wondering if there's any single lego set that includes wnough motors to make 2 decent robots or whether it's a case of buying 1 set and adding bits and pieces to it? Great series btw.

Unfortunatly one set won't cover it alone. If you buy the Bulldozer it's a good starting point but you will need one extra battery box and one extra controller at least! Then you've enough for two (albeit different) rammers.

I usually just buy a load of parts of ebay in bulk, mainly the longer technic bricks, and electronics seperately.

another awesome heat. i'm startimng to like blade more, as it reminds me alot of terrorhurtz (and is just as destructive sometimes). Mind you, nothing compares to twister's fights- they're the highlights of the entire series!

Also a question i've been meaning to ask since seris 1- what's that small thing you put in the arena a the end of each fight?

Probably the controller!

I put mine in the arena immediatly, my brother puts it somewhere else and I spend ages looking for it. It's basically two transmitters connected together with technic. You have drive control on top, and a trigger underneath for the weapon.

Throughout this series there was a problem with Twister's response. I don't quite know what it Either the receivers where too hidden or the weapon shook the cables loose. I can't say anymore before the semis!
