The arcade game has nothing to do with the song. Since like you said the arcade games were famous in the 80s I guessed the director of the video just incorporated the game into the music video. In this case, Sheena's ex-boyfriend loves to play the arcade games, but they had split up and the game reminds Sheena of him, she decided to throw the game out of the balcony. LOL : )
