Here's how to delete a favorite as of August 11th 2011:

Click your account name in the top right corner, then click on videos (that will appear right under your name) click on the favories tab on the left and you will see your favorites. Check the little box on the top left beside the little video icon of the video that is in your favorites and then click the remove button which should be one of the buttons above the favorited videos (it's on the right of the 'add to' button.)
