I shot mine on HDV. It was the 1st day I ever used it, and I didn't have a clue... The LCD screen was really bright and subsiqently the footage ended up looking too dark, Argh! So, I graded the crap out of it using the 3-way colour corretion filter in fcp.

Good luck with your film career Donal. 'We' need as much encouragement as possible these days!
