  • 5:35 fail lol

  • "Jesus Christ...fucking twice..."

  • All things in this video is so realistic thank you for uploading!

  • I watch this on 85% volume. The realism blasts my ears out but I get scared shitless and respect these men more.

  • so unrealistic...tree leaves dont protect you from bullets...

  • @kr0pp I think it's called 'missing'.

  • @kr0pp

They don't 'protect him' , he just isn't hit. If you read the book he explicitly says getting up in the tree was reckless and he was far wiser after this day- his first combat.

    Hope this helps.

  • @2210ethan if i saw someone firing from the trees...he'd be dead in a second. In that scene it looked particulary riddiculous. Many gunfights in the movie are quite riddiculous.

  • @kr0pp

    Suggest you read the book(s).

Lipton clearly stated that getting up in the tree was a reckless move, and later in the war, few of them would have taken the kind of chances that they took that day.

It's not a movie, it's a ten-part miniseries, and a very good one. Several of the men depicted (Compton, Winters, Webster, Malarkey Guarnere and Heffron) also wrote books about their time in Easy Company and they are all worth reading.

  • @kr0pp Tree leaves dont protect him from bullets but tree branches does that!

  • @TheSeki1999 So you believe that MG42 rounds, cant break tree branches?

Evin a fucking Vickers machinegun from ww1 can do that.

    I think that the reason that they are not shot out of the tree is;

the MG42 gunner spotted something more dangerous then the carabine gunner,

which probably would be or the .30 caliber machinegun firing at them,

or maybe he spotted movements of a group men, elsewhere.

When a MG42 gunner spots a group of 5 he will turn away from just 3,

    the more dead, the better!!

  • "FOLLOW ME". The Motto of leadership.

  • @ductuslupus87 "If you're a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones, you take the tough ones too."-Maj. Winters. "You can not ask your men to do something you're not willing to do yourself"-anonymous Marine officer. The motto of true leadership: "Ductus Exemplo"-Lead by Example.

  • @asianwannabeamerican Well Said.

  • If I could trade my life with anyone it would be someone Like Maj Richard Winters.

Anyone else, Who would you be?

  • Is anyone aware of where they got the costumes (mostly interested in shirts and pants)?

  • American movies...lol 2:48 mass fire into....bushes? and he LEANS BACK like its gonna protect him omg xD

  • @Richthofen100 He leans back for concealment...and firing into bushes CAN be regarded as supressing fire.

  • @Richthofen100

Not a movie and I'm pretty sure most people would lean back- instinctive.

  • @Richthofen100 Yes it's gonna protect him you nazi motherfucker because german machin gun section can't focus only to fire Lt. Winters because American machine gun sectio fire on german machine gun, and tree leaves protected him from bullets!

  • @TheSeki1999

yea since tree leaves provide exellent cover as we all know.

a shame they didnt use it as body armor.

  • As you know germany is no nazicountry since 66 years :) thats good so and i live here as an turkey :D and the german people of this holocaust died or don't let them self see but i can say that the germans are realy friendly people and helpfull to other this fucking shit what happend isn't any more and our system don't allow that bullshit like it happend in hitlers time ^^

  • Question: At 3:04, what does he say in hand signals?

  • @redshark618 Guys throw grenades at the Enemies on my count 1,2,3

  • Americans are pretty good at shooting people in the back.

  • @BigMek456 germans are pretty good at looking evil and being hated by the whole world

  • @squagglenater Actually, intelligent people like us, and only racist and morons hate us, Mr Ignorant American, Sir.

  • @BigMek456 Most people know how to separate Nazis from Germans, it's silly to hate a country for something most of it's present inhabitants had nothing to do with.

  • @squagglenater my grandfather fought with the royal navy in the battle of the atlantic, the SS interrogated him in Tenerefe. He never said anything bad about the Germans.

  • @NathanH97 im not talking about the germans, im talking about the fasciasts who followed hitler which was like lets say 80%? and then theres the rest of the german people who followed hitler supporting fascism which is 29%? of the german people. they say hate the nazis not the german people, but the egrman people knew what was going on and they did nothing to stop it making them as guilty as the nazis

  • @squagglenater

The Germans didn't know what was going on. They supported hitler because he was their leader, same as the US supported Bush. The Nazi Parties crimes are exactly that, the Nazi Parties crimes and theirs alone. If you knew anything about German soldiers and the people many of them rebelled against Hitler and mass surrenders weren't uncommon towards the end.

  • @boarderx113

Rubbish. Loads of Germans voted for Hitler. Not enough rebelled against him. Plenty of Germans turned in their neighbours, applauded the invasion of other countries and supported the Nazis right up to the end. The comparison with Bush is beneath criticism.

  • @BigMek456 Germans are pretty good at running away, not to mention how good they were at lining jews up and mowing them down, or gassing them, or burning them. So Fuck you. Maybe you should try thinking your comment through before posting it you rat bastard.

  • @mrmann43 lol When I read your comment then I think that you should stay in school, because it seems like you are some fat ignorant american kiddie who writes insults on daddys youtube channel LOL

  • 3:48 what is he throwing?....

  • @woobinda65 a grenade

  • Your country will always have you convinced that it is everyone else at fault. In the US, we are still under the impression that Russia is this big, red beast to be feared by all...but I watched 9th Company a month or so ago (a movie made about Russians, by Russians), and it was just like watching a war movie made in the US about Americans. Everyone just needs to shut up about all of this nationality crap. The Allies won; not any one country did.

  • @ohmuhgurth no one in america thinks like that anymore

  • @paintballKid545 they don't? Then please explain why virtually every new video game has to do with us being at war with Russia. Explain why I see so many airsoft scenarios dealing with Russia vs the US. Explain why I read books that are still being written and published about Russia fighting the US. Please at least support your yet unproven opinion. And please do so without using another opinion.

  • @ohmuhgurth Wow! a video game, gee every one plays them. What was i thinking, i forgot video games always describe an entire nation of 310,500,000 peoples ideas and opinions. Your a fucking retard. Just because a video game has us fighting russia it doesnt mean were still living in the cold war era. You fucking idiot. Back then we all feared nuclier war and red communisim. Russia isn't fucking communist anymore. VIDEO GAMES MEAN NOTHING

  • @paintballKid545 They're less communist, yes. But still, they still retain nationalistic and totalitarian factions of the old regimes in their government today.

  • @moviebuff1941 Sooo... your point. Look america isn't like that anymore okay jesus christ you have probably never even been to america. NO ONE STILL TALKS ABOUT THE COLD WAR OTHER THEN IN HISTORY CLASS OR DOCUMENTARIES.

  • @ohmuhgurth yeah by tom clancy who was raised during the cold war so was my father and he never thought the russians like that and the new war games ive played are versing terrorist organizations the chinese and the north koreans so idk what the hell your talkin aboot

  • who the fuck cares who did more? Americans did do stuff none the less and should be respected for it, just as the UK, Russia, Canadians, etc should be respected. D day, battle of the bulge, Market Garden, Bastogne, the eastern front. But no, we shouldn't think highly of the soldiers we lost or what we accomplished. Fuck it, lets just honor every other allied nation but the US! Every country that served in that war deserves respect.

  • NICHT SCHUTZEN NO MAEK DEAD!!!

  • go americans we are the best. We destroyed the nazi war machine with superior weaponry and we were always outnumbered. We can dodge bullets bcs the enemy can't shoot straight. Who needs the Russians if u have the Americans. it was all us

  • @tricepsish

As a fellow American I must say you are an ignorant ass. Without the Eastern front the ALLIES (not just America) would've gotten the full force of German military might. Experienced German troops SS were fighting in Russia, while the Wermacht and its reserves in France. We needed the Russians, just like they needed us.

  • @ShitList2010 Jeez u are an idiot or ignorant arse as u would like to say. Firstly i am not a Yank and secondly I was being sarcastic. Nice one

  • @tricepsish Lol. Gtfo. The russians were pushing the germans back before the americans were even IN europe.

  • @codmod55 Americans don't get sarcasm don't they?

  • @tricepsish You can't sense sarcasm through typing.

  • @codmod55 no, ur just a schmuck.

  • @tricepsish ahaa nice joke

  • @tricepsish go shove a pipe up your ass americans did do some bot other nations like britain and canada and russia had bing fighting germany longer than the states

  • @legoww2guys Nice intelligence dickhead. I was being sarcastic. DO u know what it means to "troll." I am meaning that American did not do as much as believed

  • @tricepsish *facepalm*

  • @tricepsish the americans never even came in the start dickhead. the canadian, british, polish, french and many more came in war. the russians where one of the biggest part. americans only joined because of pearl harbor. learn some history dickhead and american only had gas powered rifles. other countrys didnt wich meen we have bolt action and we still owned. americans r only famouse. like there crapy m-16

  • @legopercyjacksonfan1 Oh really thanks for the info. U are clearly too retarded to realize I was joking and understand that they came in the war late to lap up some honors. Yeah but thanks for the cool story, bcs u really need to learn to understand sarcasm. fuckwit.

  • @tricepsish

Ok, so ur sarcastically joking. But u didn't do it very well. I love a good troll read!! "go americans we are the best,we destroyed,we were,we can" Although farfetched (dodge bullets lol), you did make everyone think you're American, because sadly there are Americans that think this way. But ur not American afterall and you were being sarcastic?! Then you rip everyone apart for it. Lol, we'd have to go to your page to see ur Australian. Why should we do that? Work on your trolling!

  • @tricepsish Ha ha its hilarious how many braindead retards dont understand sarcasm. I guess they just assume everyone is as pig ignorant as they are...

  • fuck you all.. what are you fucking talking about

  • IM SORRY SIR I DIDNT MEAN TO FUCK UP. I DONT THINK ITS TOO BAD

  • All of you faggots shut the fuck up, I don't petty myself by trying to 'justify' what was right and what was wrong in war. There is none, but you shit heads wouldn't know a god damn thing about war.

Ive never been in one, but it doesn't take a genius to know its some bad shit, theres only grey in a warzone, so before you think you know what "should have been done, or etc" just know that its hell, ask any veteran, Im sure they'll put your stupid ass straight, whether your american or not.

  • @Sign1ngupisgay You are right it is hell, I have been to Afghanistan twice. And the only thing on your mind is trying to survive and come out alive with your buddies, and hoping that you make it home again.

  • was that lipton in the tree?

  • @coreymc10 yes that was him

  • "i"

  • And that is one of WWII most tragic facts, that men who would have had a lot in common, had to kill eachother and that so many died due to one mans megalomania. There is a reason why soldiers, including WWI and WWII veterans, returned with mental scars, war is not a glorious thing and not a thing i yearn for if it get to see German soldiers getting killed. So far i agree with you completely, to view the entire German Wehrmacht as Nazi is not the truth

  • @stud20084977 They actually were all Nazis - members of the Nazi party NSDAP or Hitlerjugend.

  • @SnepKaunt Are we talking about the Waffen SS, because i had a sneaky feeling that that just might be the case, YappyRacoon seems to be saying propaganda without proving it to be propaganda to anything conceivably wrong with the German Army during WWII, but then again it's common psychology people might be laid astray i.e. become Nazis i don't think we should hold it against the German Veterans who have since learned the error of their ways

  • @SnepKaunt not so sure, what about captured russians en georgians ? The wehrmacht was the standard german military, with or without hilter, they just followed orders...you could say ss where nazi's

  • Oh, now we are getting somewhere

  • instead of a human being "human beings"

  • Because they wont. You are right, Europeans are not always fond of American decisions TODAY, but when the choice is between Nazism or the Americans and Democracy, even the Germans acknowledge that it was good that the US won the war. So i feel sorry for you, if you think that your own little bubble that is your everyday life represents the rest of the world, because you are lying to yourself then

  • And on top of this, ask a man from an Occupied Country, whether from Scandinavia, the Balkans, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, Russia, France, the Benelux whether he supports Nazism in General or when watching TV and Movies. Do you then expect that other than the pathetic little minority of skinhead neo-nazis will say yes, because they wont. Or do you expect some of the thousands of servicemen still alive, or their hundredthousands of relative will state support of the nazis when watching this

  • In Band of Brothers the book, it was actually Guarnere that kept missing the German and it was the "jeep jockey" that managed to hit him. If I were Lorraine's family, I'd sue HBO.

  • @SnepKaunt YOu certainly cry about meaningless things. That says a lot about your weak character.

  • @YappyRaccoon Yeah, but Guarnere was still a cross eyed little wop.

  • @finlandman123 Yes I can.

Because they were defending system, which invited WWII.

If it didn't, nobody would have to defend anything.

I can understand that you're talking about guys which weren't nazis, or maybe could be against nazi system.

But I can't feel mercy for them.

It was necessary to kill them, to liberate Europe from this guys "just doing them job".

  • @Voinar010 You are too narrow-minded and jaded to see outside the bigotry and hate that america brainwashes all its miserable citizens with.

  • @YappyRaccoon Shit man, how can I sympathize germans soldiers, when they were serving in army which conquered whole of Europe.

Believe me I DON'T like Americans.

I don't hate them from the other hand, but DEFINITELY I don't like them.

I only just feel gratitude for U.S. soldiers which destroyed nazi craps.

They weren't archangels, no one soldier was, but they just were on right side.

Huh, maybe you would like USA to fuck situation, and let Germany to occupie and terrorize whole Europe? :p

  • @Voinar010 Please learn proper English so your rant can be easier read. I can see that you hate both Germans and americans but I can't get anything else from that gibberish. It is best that you keep your vile thoughts to yourself.

  • @YappyRaccoon no I don't hate Americans.

    I don't hate Germans also.

I hate nazis, and just don't feel big mercy for German soldiers killed in action, because they were invaders.

And please don't write about "gibberish".

OK, it isn't perfect, but it doesn't seem to be unreadable.

  • I would like to see a movie where a lot of americans get killed. Then I would give it a thumbs up.

  • @YappyRaccoon You're fucking mental...

  • @SpoilerAlert87 You're a hate-filled bigot and asshole - typical of americans.

  • @YappyRaccoon I'm irish, and fuck you... Not only are you a jack ass for saying such a hateful thing, but you are incorrect... Over 400k americans were killed during World War 2... You are mindless fuck...

  • @SpoilerAlert87 I'm Irish too. So what? And you have no clue what you are talking about. There were some 400,000+ US casualties in WW2 and unfortunately only a tiny portion of that were dead. Big difference in what that means just like there is a very big difference between my IQ and yours. Your hatred makes you weak-minded and stupid. Your mindless cussing just further proves how stupid and filled with hate you are.

  • @YappyRaccoon Please, please do not try and sound smart. The fact of teh matter is you want to see a number of american's die. America is a great but troubled country... wishing death upon their people is down right disturbed... You live in Canada, and I don't understand your hate. You need to rethink your life.

  • @SpoilerAlert87 Is your nagging and speculation about where I live supposed to get anything done loser? Maybe you should nag to yourself offline and spare us your ignorance and bigotry.

  • @YappyRaccoon All I'm saying is that you have serious problems. Any war is a hell and all sides should have at least a minimal amount of respect. But wishing death upon many soldiers is just wrong.

  • @SpoilerAlert87 I bet a lot of people wish death upon you for being a vile snake and arrogant bigot.

  • @YappyRaccoon I'm a nice guy, i'm a damn nice guy... But I know many people that wouldn't mourn the death of you.

  • @YappyRaccoon You're quite pathetic.

  • @YappyRaccoon the fuck wrong with you

  • @shemar211 What's wrong with your literary capacity? Funny how americans are too stupid to even learn their own native language.

  • @YappyRaccoon what u trying to say

  • @shemar211 Learn English and then retry your rant.

  • @YappyRaccoon fuck you nazi bastard

  • @shemar211 You could try killing yourself if nothing else will end your pain. If you do kill yourself, for the first time in your 'life' you'll be making others happy.

  • @YappyRaccoon if made alot of people happy first off, second y would you care as i can see you dont like a little bitch and lastly i bet you made your fucking skinhead friends happy about what do for a living...... killing jews fucking nazi. but y woild i kill myself. i not lonely like yourself

  • @YappyRaccoon nazi scum

  • @TwistedSister09 This bigotry and hate is coming from a loser who copied 109 other retards to be a 'twistedsister'. Does that mean you are retarded?

  • @YappyRaccoon Twisted Sister is a band you dumbass.

  • @TwistedSister09 Sorry I don't listen that crap that you miserable haters are into. If that band is what made you into a hater then I sure don't want to hear it.

  • @YappyRaccoon Why on earth do you feel the need to see other human beings getting killed, just because they are American. If it gives you that much satisfaction then watch band of brothers episode 3, episode 5, episode 7 and 8, this is not a one-sided depiction, but since the huge majority of the people on the Western Hemisphere, are rooting for the American when watching WWII movies or TV series, it's not that unreasonable that they are depicting this from an American viewpoint

  • @stud20084977 Two major mistakes by you:

    1) Everyone who watches Band of brothers wants to see people getting killed; otherwise, they'd change the channel back to Oprah.

    2) The only people who 'root for the american' are americans - and only about 40% of americans support the actions of their own military. The rest of the world hates america for very good reasons.

  • @YappyRaccoon You must be joking if you seriously believe a majority exists in the rest of the world that are rooting for the Nazis when watching WWII movies and TV series. A little reality check on your part would be nice.

  • @stud20084977 I know the literacy level in america is the lowest in the world, but at least try to understand posts before spewing another ignorant rant.

The world loves to see americans die - anywhere, anyhow and not just at the hands of German politicians in the 1930s (nazis - you probably didn't figure this out) as you are brainwashed into believing. News channels worldwide depend on americans dying for their ratings.

  • @YappyRaccoon And you are forgetting that the last war that there are a collective pride and agreement about how just it was, in America, is WWII. So your little clever line about the americans not supporting the G.I.'s when watching clips like this is just you choosing to ignore the truth

  • @stud20084977 How about Vietnam and Iraq? I hear most americans hate their own military and government. That is the essence of america - hate, bigotry and hypocracy.

  • @YappyRaccoon I'm sorry, but who said anything about me being an American, i'm European, i am Danish in fact. And i would like you to extent the same courtesy and respect as i have extended you and not insult my intelligence when you dont even know me. And to your comments about Vietnam and Iraq, that may very well be true, but i wasn't discussing Vietnam and Iraq with you so why are you bringing it up.

  • @stud20084977 You can cry and blame me for your problems but your own poor English is the problem. If you read my posts from a literate point of view you'd see they all talk about the same thing. I said most of the world including most americans do not support their military or government. This is common knowledge. Ask anyone. Do you get it yet? You stupidly said that anyone who doesn't worship americans are nazis. Your bigotry and ignorance is epic.

  • @YappyRaccoon Wow, i'm sorry that a spelling error occurs from time to time, i'm not really paying attention to that. And i wasn't saying that anyone who doesn't worship is a Nazi, again you are only reading what you want to hear and ignore the rest. But we am i ignorant and a bigot because i doesn't willingly share your views on the world and want to debate yours with you. I have been very polite to you, i haven't attacked you personally and i have respected your arguments as far as you could.

  • @stud20084977 Yet again you cannot understand basic English. Do you want me to repeat it all again? You keep on saying anyone who doesn't worship americans is a nazi. That is just plain stupid. I have never once in my life said I am a nazi or followed any of their racist policies. You are too blinded by your hatred of 'nazis' which you define as anyone who is not pro-american. Stupid.

  • @YappyRaccoon okay, if it sounded like i thought you were a nazi, then i apologise, that was never my intention. But there is more to this argument than just America Vs. Japan or Italy or Germany, and it just feels like you cant see this. There is also self-determination vs. Imperialism, Democracy vs. Totalitarianism, Right wing politics vs. Everyone else, just to mention a few, and just because i dislike nazi's and don't quite agree with you, it doesn't make me a bad person

  • @stud20084977 And just to be perfectly clear, i know very well that the US acting militarily or diplomatically on foreign soil often ends very badly for that country just to serve US interest. To mention a few, the coup against Allende, the backing of the contras in Nicaragua, the war in Iraq, the war in Vietnam and it's effects on Laos and Cambodja. So don't even for a second think that i view American policy makers as saints because they are not.

  • @stud20084977 All of your rants are about your hatred of nazis. Like 98% or more of westerners, you are still brainwashed by 1940s propoganda and you are too narrow-minded and unintelligent to have a look from outside the box your brain is in. I could try and explain how nazis started WW2 but had little to do with it after that other than hitler's meddling with his excellent generals, but you'd just tell me I'm wrong cause the propaganda says all Germans and anti-americans are 'nazis'.

  • @YappyRaccoon You lost me, i'm not quite sure of your definition of Nazis anymore. I know very well that every nazi were just a human being dont paint me as a monster. And to really understand the situation and the reasons for their joining the Nazi Party you have to be a German living during the depression and that is impossible without time-trial. But the very, very solid evidence of the Nazi elites planning and execution of the Holocaust, massacres and very in-humane treatment of Soviet POW's

  • @stud20084977 Again you are still parroting 1940s propaganda that says all Germans were evil nazi killers. All those jewish extermination schemes had nothing to do with the army and are not part of military operations. Nazis were politicians. When american 'heroes' are talked about in WW2 documentaries they are not called 'Democrats' or 'Republicans'. Right? Can you understand this basic logic? Politicians are not soldiers. Soldiers are not politicians. Ignore the propoganda for once.

  • @YappyRaccoon I know that, try watching the clip of the german general speaking to his men in the last episode of band of brothers, i found it very beautifully done. I dont think it is wrong to exonerate most of the German Wehrmacht (with the exception of the Generals and the SS), the soldiers were just people like you and me. And i find highly praiseworthy the way they served their country, whether from a sense of patriotic duty or by coercion.

  • @stud20084977 You still don't understand. The Waffen SS were more pure in their objectives than the regular army. Many SS were foreign volunteers trying to fight communism while others were teenagers defending their homeland and wanting to support their friends. German SS enjoyed being in a elite group. The reason they got such a bad rep is from the original 3500 members of hitlers 1st SS bodyguard who were actually nazis and they did perfom atrocities. The other million+ were just soldiers.

  • @YappyRaccoon Oh, sorry, i didn't actually know that, maybe i should do a little digging into the SS. But i still maintain a certain level of blame can be placed on the General Staff. It played a powerful role in the Nazi state, and more often than not they hid behind the excuse of following orders when they forced their men to commit atrocities ordered from the top, i.e. Hitler.

  • @stud20084977 Again that is anti-German propaganda. The only anti-jewish evidence among the generals were a few casual remarks from von Manstein, some of which were not actually anti-jewish like the 'Jewish nose' position in the Crimea. The atrocities were not commited by the generals. The process was for the army to secure areas, then advance forward while the einsatz SS (not Waffen SS) did the dirty work of rounding up the jews to be shipped to the death camps. Two very seperate operations.

  • @YappyRaccoon I didn't say the Generals committed any atrocities did i. But they sure as hell didn't stand up to Hitler when following his orders, that is what i object to. And other atrocities were commited that just those against the jews. You have also executions of civilians as reprisals for partisan activity, executions of Allied Soldiers after they had surrendered and so on. The German Army cannot completely be exonerated, i feel that is where the discussion is heading

  • @stud20084977 Again propaganda. For example the only known case in Normandy were 7 Canadians killed by a crazed Hitler Youth member likely due to shell shock from bombardments. It was not ordered by commanders but used as propaganda to charge Meyer and others with 'war crimes'. On the other hand, it was standard practice for americans to force German POWs to view dead US troops before marching them into a field or back alley to be shot dead from behind. All the fields had dead Germans in them.

  • @YappyRaccoon Just as the allies, including Easy Company, cannpt be completely exonerated. Some less than flattering depictions of their treatment of prisoners and soldiers who surrendered have even found their way into the Band of Brothers. And you know what it's okay that either side cannot be completely exonerated of Guilt, being human also means not being perfect

  • @stud20084977 There's no need to do any more digging but if you take that info as being correct then it's wise you probably do. How many of the original members were even alive in 1944? Yet here we have atrocities carried out by the 1st SS in Belgium, the 2nd SS in France, the 12th SS in France and so on all in 44. Granted I'm sure Yappy there will disagree & I know you can't tar every member with the same brush but the Waffen SS had a brutal rep for a reason

  • @YappyRaccoon Yeah thats right... it was just 3,500 men who executed literaly millions of women and children all over europe. Ha ha wake up dude. Of course it was the einsatz SS who did most of the organised jew shooting early on, but the fact is, large portions of the SS and the wermacht regularly indulged in their favourite past time of child shooting at every opportunity, especially during the retreat from russia. Fact is, germans just loved killing defenceless people back then.

  • @YappyRaccoon But i cant really get mad over this depiction found in Band of Brothers, because it is not fiction made by the media to glorify American sacrifice. It is a story based on the memoirs and conversation with the veterans, you have to keep that in mind. And yeah they could have done more to include the German side of the story, sure they could, but i dont think the men from easy company relish these memories from the war, so why would they lie about them

  • @YappyRaccoon , their disregard for human life and finally their poor treatment of their own population and the population in every single occupied country, whose wishes and interests they claimed to represent, kind of make me hate the Nazi Party leadership, and unless you begin the subject of holocaust denial that one is pretty tough to argue your way out of.

  • @YappyRaccoon But when discussing such a pivotal event in Western European history as WWII. When we had the choice between fighting and Hitlers screwed up vision of Pax Germanica, it is hard to ignore the positive influence and sacrifice that the American and British (do not forget this is not just an American war) Soldiers made in laying down their lives on D-Day and the days that followed

  • @YappyRaccoon doesn't worskip "the americans" is a Nazi

  • @YappyRaccoon present them reasonably and convincingly, and all you have done is insult mey, which i really dont think is fair. Back to your arguments, you say the americans don't support their government or military, i'm not questioning that. I'm Danish so i really don't have enough knowledge about this subject to debate it with you. But then again we were not debating that. We were debating whether this is a fair depiction of the assault on brecourt manor.

  • @YappyRaccoon and if the rest of the world would support Nazi Germany over America, when discussing WWII. And i still haven't seen any convincing arguments for that fact, so why don't you try to come up with something and quit trying to change the subject

  • @YappyRaccoon And you accuse Americans of hate, bigotry and hypocracy, how about looking back on your own posts under this video, hypocracy much. You have yourself continously been spewing hatred and bigotry against the US, so i dont see any real reason for you to be acting all self-righteous when you cant even take the moral highground in a debate on youtube

  • "Fuckin jeep jockey!" LOL!

  • A briliant tactical move, this assault is studied by all Cadets at West Point to this day.

  • @finlandman123

.....A nazi soldier did more than just that.

  • @finlandman123 I hear "defending your homeland" involves invading neighboring countries right?

  • YOU SHOULDNT BE ANGRY AT NAZI BUT U SHOULD BE ANGRY HITLER(THE RETARD GENERAL )

  • Just Becuase Allies Won, Doesn't Mean The Germans Were Not Brave, Heroic ... R.I.P Everbody Who Died, May It Be Air, Ground Or Sea! You All Did Your Countries Proud!

  • @1234airows The SS were brain washed, most of the German soldiers wasnt as bad; some even hated Hitler.

  • @TheSirRoberto You are the one who is brainwashed and extremely stupid to post such crap.

Read, learn and increase your IQ by at least 10 times before spewing more of your ignorance and bigotry please.

  • @YappyRaccoon Lmao, you know sciencists have just proven that IQ is inefficient because I could get a couple of questions right and get a IQ like Steven Hawkings. Anyway my Grandfather was german in WW2 served in France at the invasion of Normanady. He then got capured as a POW where he was moved to England to work on farms. He was a enlisted man and Hated the NSDAP (NAZI Party). :)

  • @TheSirRoberto Ironically, you spell "scientists", "Normandy", "captured", "a enlisted", "Hated", "Grandfather" wrong.

  • @finlandman123 yeah but they were taking orders from a fucking psycho they wouldnt have to defend the fatherland if hitler wasnt trying to take over every other country in the fucking world im part german but the germans who became nazis where total fuck ups

  • Who the hell brings Brass nuckles to a battle in WW2? I mean out of all the things. Btw, does anyone know what the german was trying to say when the other american guy told him to stfu?

  • @thex2thaz No make dead basically, read the book as well, at the end of this battle a Kraut half-dead tried to shoot Winters I think.

  • @finlandman123

Sorry my mistake. I thought about Norway, I do not know why Finland came up in my head ^^'.

  • i wish i was one of the members of the easy company

  • @finlandman123

Indeed. And they were doing their job attacking Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Finland, England, Egypt and Italy. No anger at them. They were doing their job of murder, aggression, rape and thievery. Because that is the job of a soldier. Of course there were soldiers forced into Wehrmacht without any intention of doing so : Ślązacy, Pomorzanie, Poznaniacy (Silesians, Pomeranians, Poseners). But they did horrible things, look into history books, please.
