OK please just tell me this: would you recommend OGRE for a project involving procedurally generated planets? Did you have to do lots of horrible hacking to get the OGRE scene graph to work with constantly changing models? Also, how about its performance when dealing with procedural planets? How would it compare to the same thing done with a custom-built engine? What are the specs of the computer running this demo?

@galaxy366 Was inspired a lot by Infinity. There is no website, it is only a prototype and we have decided that it is not the direction we want to take for the game.
