yeah itz a relay nuttin big jus for signal lightz and shitz,anythin u need 2 no jus send me a message and ill tell u i have alot of experiance ,it has gold screw pointin outwardz on the carburator u gotta turn it out so the idel can go lower the but before u do dat check the throtte line try and c if the throttle screw can srew in more before u touch anythin,wen i say throttle screw i meen the screw in the handle dat u turn 2 make the bike go fast itz a silver screw.........ur welcome

check your throttle ca ble and that melted thing you should is the electrical system for the distributor to your spark plug, you have to replace it.

the stock throttle handle are shitty, IMO. get a billet throttle, and that thing that melted of, is your solenoid. Real men kick start, and the x15 needs the new throttle handle. I race my x15

oh yea, and you dont need the push button starter or even a battery to be able to kick start them. Turn the igintoin on and kick start them, to hell with the battery.

Simplest way to fix, if you just wanna ride it, unplug everything but the ignition/lock cylinder, and the little round box(2"x2.5") that has the wiring connected to it for the spark plug. Make sure none of the wires are melted together, tape up the loose and exposed wires. Your throttle is probably because the slide for the carburator is in 180 degrees. Follow the throttle cable back to the carb. unscrew where the carb is, spin the thing inside 180 degrees, reinstall.

the little black thing is your transmission...lol, just kiddn, pretty sure it is your flash relay. it would be alot easier to buy new harness.

Yea...If I were u I would just buy a brand new wire harness for the X-15. They're like 45 bucks and u can find them on the web at any pocket bike parts website. It wouldn't hurt to put a brand new wire harness on the X-18 just to be sure that everything is in its best working condition. Best of luck to ya!

the black piece could be your turn signals, if the beeping sound doesent work when those signals are on, then thats what it is, not a big deal really.

ok the melted piece i think is for the turn signals and the give in the throttle could be cause by a loose cable if u follow the line of the cable there should be a screw that u tighten if that dont work just open the trottle up and puch it bakc and close it up (thats how i fixed mine)if u want me to go into more detail just send me a pm or instant message me on aim (fowlxmouth)

could be ur jets adjust ur jets on the carb ther should be a blue line on the carb and on the screw just match em up or just mess with it until it sounds good or it could be ur air filter
