well....I don't really know too much about training a shepherd but have read lots about it.....I have come to the conclusion that this guy is retarded.....
He'd have a much happier dog if he updated his training methods from the old yank and crank to starting with marker training and have a thinking working dog. The old yank and crank to get your dog to listen is old school. And yes, a dog should NEVER bite on their own.
