its rly not too hard as its looks like, just simple stand-up bhop + good fps (i mean 100+ fps :) ).

2djrabbit92 ur seems to be total w-strafer at jumping :) the distance he did in the longest jump in this vid < 230 units (de_dust jump equal distance is 225units or less) .. its pretty easy to do in 1 strafe.
