  • starve yourself and die... or you can do things like that and get a healthier body and skinnier legs. Not only that but exercise increases happy hormones in your body so you feel better about yourself while you relieve everyday stress

  • Too true. People need to accept that their bodies have a happy healthy medium, and it isn't ultra skinny. That's why models have "cellulite". People need to take responsability for their health.

    Yes, excercise gives you an endorphin release, and a healthy person will most likely feel happier than an unhealthy person. Plus if you add exercise and a good diet, you're bound to lose weight. Someone who says otherwise is lying about their efforts, or has a medical condition. More likely the former.
