I have been experimenting with some dubstep, heavily influenced by Cotti and Distance. I am new to the genre, and most of my stuff is more of an electronica or trance style, but I am really enjoying learning about it.

My favorite part is the punchy "slap in the face" snare drum at the 3rd bar of every measure, it's great. I hope to one day be as good as Cotti and Distance, but for now I am happy just learning.

The only thing I have problems with is getting a good wobble bass. :)

Try experimenting with the LFO of the synth and map it to a filter to filter the frequency. I'm no producer but that's what they seem to do.
