great job. I'm curious about the donor body itself. Is it a standard or a historic? The carves are different. On the std, the whole top is arched. On a historic/original, the carve is flat between the bridge and the point where the neck joins.
ruokangus has a copy carver that is fully automatic. the side to side is belt driven and the back and forth is on a screw. i was thinking of incorporating the screw into mine when i build it. havent decided on how i am going to mount the runners cause there are so many different ways to do it. also planning on doing a small scale one for inlay, wont be 3d just flat cutting out the inlay pockets. but good video thanks.
