  • well pumped lol

  • Where are the normal foot pedals to play the piano conventionally ?

  • Hi , the 2 foot pedals are still there , if you freeze frame at 18 secs you will see them. The player pedals just fold out of the lyre box when in use.The sustain (right foot pedal) can still be used in player mode and there is a button on the control panel to do so.The left foot pedal (soft pedal) also has an option of slipping a lever in a bracket at the front of the control panel and with a flick of the wrist the soft pedal can still be used when required.

    Thanks for looking....Daniel :)

  • I've seen so many videos of motor-driven grand systems, it's fascinating to see an "old-school" pumped grand.

  • your piano seems to missing the dust cover over the roll-motor, a feature present in Hupfeld uprights, I'm not sure if yours ever had one though

  • Only uprights had the dust cover, grands didnt have them.

  • Hi , the tubing is all brass (from what i can see) while there is just one large rubber hose from the bellows to the stack , Daniel :)

  • Guite nice - have the hoses been replaced with plastic tubing? When I had my player I had to have that done...it was an electric or pump and from the late l920's I don't recall the make tho.
