  • So, what I'm hearing is that Bill O'Reilly agrees with Ron Paul on foreign policy.

    HMMMM...

  • Wow this is the very first time O'Reilly has said something I completely agree with.

  • He supported the iraq war, this sounds like hes changed his mind,a first for him

  • Stalin in the background.....say no more!

  • O'Reilly stop trying to cover your ass you fucking snake, you were shouting from the rooftops for the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.

But now that you've realised the world isn't fooled and sees the "War on Terror" for the big fat trillion-dollar war crime that it is, that Bush didn't produce any evidence of WMD and faked the links between Al-Qaeda and Saddam, and that the US isn't going to come out of these two wars with anything close to a victory, you're backtracking like a motherfucker.

  • @Reegatron

Did you not hear him say, "we can't be the police anymore? - We went into Iraq and Afghanistan a decade ago, you don't think it is possible he has changed his opinions during that time? I personally don't like O'reilly, but you just took a position that you essentially agree with him on and called him a fuckhead for it. You’re just making yourself out to be a patronising dick, be more magnanimous in victory.

  • @Griffinltd 1) You misunderstand completely. O'Reilly's claim that the US was ever a 'world cop' is in itself a bogus propaganda statement, as it implies that US postwar adventures such as Vietnam or Iraq 03-11 were justified acts of altruism. These were failed and illegal attempts to project US power abroad...and O'Reilly is not paid to express his opinion, he is paid to be an argumentative attack dog / mouthpiece for the hard-right Republican agenda.

    2) To what victory do you refer exactly?

  • @Reegatron

Your initial complaint was essentially that O'Reilly has "changed his mind," as if he didn't have a right to do so - that's all I took objection to. A mouthpiece of the right? Sure, but don't be so cynical as to presume that he doesn't actually now believe Iraq and Afghanistan were a mistake. Your victory was precisely that - you both agree we shouldn't have gone into Iraq and Afghanistan.

  • @Griffinltd Wrong. Review my original comment; what I said is "backtracking like a motherfucker", so I don't know where you got "changed your mind" from, and you shouldn't put it in speech marks as if I said it. Backtracking and changing one's mind are two very different things.

I have always been against the Iraq war crime 100%, whereas O'Reilly actively campaigned for it and just conveniently jumped ship once the endgame became clear.

And FYI he has never said he is against the Afghan war.

  • Wow!!! I've read some of Bill's books and now I've watched most of his videos and I keep asking myself "why doesn't he talk like this on TV?" The "Factor" O'Reilly is a psycho fool but the lesser known personal O'Reilly seems to be a semi-rational human being. I still disagree with him on most things but why must he go out of his way to be someone I believe he isn't on TV?

  • thousands of lives?

  • this is honestly the best thing i have ever heard come out of bill o'reilly's mouth.

  • I fully support with Iraq War then say it wasn't worth it, you can't explain that!

  • Wow, never would've thought that I would agree with him on anything.

  • It should be no fucking role....keep your fucking bussnies to yourself

  • Sense has been made.

  • @harj and puppetmaster, you guys are on opposite ends of the retarded see saw of politics. Only retards belive that 9/11 was an inside job and only retards believe that afghanistan supported the acts of 9/11... Im a independent... Nuff said. @billoreilly According to bill, we can't be world police anymore for cost reasons. He also said we still have to build up our military just in case. Which costs money. Which makes me facepalm myself.

  • I can't believe O'Rielly is FINALLY waking up and going agsinst his "HERO" BUSH...and admitting that we have gone too far!!!! KUDOS TO BILL!!!! There is hope after all for AMERICA!!!

  • Wow, I can't believe I'm actually agreeing with Bill on this issue, he is right for once in his life.

  • Wow. I think Bill O'Reilly is incredibly stupid, but this is the first time I've agreed with him.

  • bill o'reilly is a drone.

  • Did I seriously just see O'Reilly implying that the Iraq war was unnecessary?

  • @TheCarebearstare He's been outspoken against it for a long time. Ever since it came out that the intelligence was off.

  • @TheCarebearstare He said that for a long time, but nobody was listening, me included. He said it was a mistake caused by misinformation and fear.

  • @schlafanzyk

That became Bill's position only AFTER the public approval rating for the Iraq war reached all-time lows, 2-3 years later. If you rely on the mainstream press for information, you are being misinformed on national security and foreign policy to the most unspeakable levels. You need to watch Noam Chomesky's "Terrifying the population" speech on Youtube. If you are open minded enough.

  • @rmccay88 I know how FOX works, believe me. I would be the last person who needs to watch that, tell the American people instead, because it looks like they might be in for Bush #3 (Rick Perry) or another corporate tool like Mitt Romney if they keep ignoring the real issue, which is money in politics (corporate personhood) and private military contractors profiting from wars.

  • @TheCarebearstare if i remember he was defending it like crazy everyday a few years ago...

  • I totally agree with you, we need to be concerned with our own problems, The US is in serious economic trouble, too many are getting laid off. As everything is being made in China, we should not be supporting a communist country.

  • USA put saddam in place mofo

  • wow....i actually agree with Bill O'reilly. Stated perfectly.

  • @uniden1970

Look at what Bill really is like, a story always has more than 1 side.

    /watch?v=rAlV5QFGUjw

  • I'm a liberal that gave Bush credit for taking Sadam Hussan out of power, even though it was under false pretenses. That didn't matter to me--one less tyrant is a good thing. But I'm rethinking that now. Thank you.

  • Firstly the USA never played world cop, this would imply some degree of selflessness in its actions that simply does not exist. The US is interested only in one thing, maintaining its own dominant position in the world. In the words of Henry Kissenger America doesn't have allies it only has interests. Thats to be expected the British used the same rhetoric about its role as as a mediating influence in the world to just its expansion and dominance of other regions. This bullshit about havi

  • Well you are correct Bill, but we do need to take into account how our response to 9/11 was handled. Afganistan was the country who attacked us, not Iraq. We as a nation do need to set the example of freedom to other countries who live under tyrants, like Saddam Hussien. The times when America need to take military action in a foreign country is when we are attacked and if one of our allies fails to stop an onslaught by a communist leader trying to usurp political power, whoever it might be.

  • @puppetmaster1011 logically speaking do you really believe that a country as primitive and impoverished as Afghanistan carried out the 9/11 attacks or the taliban for that matter??

  • Well, I can tell you this, 9/11 was no inside job as many conspiracy theorists in America will have us believe. It's obvious we were attacked by a country who is under anti-American leadership. I have watched a video of Afgani citizens burning an American flag in the middle of their streets not long after the 9/11 incident.

  • @puppetmaster1011

LOL, you are so brainwashed, the whole world hates america, it's because they are the ppolice of the world and steal a lot of natural resources. More than half of the 9-11 attackers came from saudi arabia, they are allies. so stfu and go read a book or watch a documentary.

  • @Frankz0r1 We shouldn't be the police of the world, we should be the free example of the world. The reason why the world hates us is because we have backed away from that image due to past leaders and government organizations, like the U.N. who place their emphasis on foreign affairs that do not concern us. The outspokenly anti-American countries don't just hate America, they hate the whole world. Why don't you talk to people who have actually served rather than look at documentaries.

  • @puppetmaster1011

uhm, FIY, america has been continously at war since WO2. Kennedy was the last 'good' president, after that no president for the people made it into office.

And where do you get the info about people who hate the US also hate the rest of the world, thats nonsence. I think the reason people hate america is because they police the world and make war to a lot of countries, you don't make friends by going to war with people.

  • @Frankz0r1 Actually it's not nonsense. Al-Qeuda has terrorized the U.K., France makes little, if any financial contributions to other countries in times of disasters, the Iranian president hates Israel and wishes to nuke them, etc. We aren't fighting wars to make friends, we're fighting wars to prevent the rise of another dictator, prevent the spread of communism/socialism, and to protect the country.

  • @puppetmaster1011

so what gives america the right to prevent socialism in another country ? do you even know what socialism is? it's a social system for the benefit of all people, depending on the leader is will or will not work.

Dictators? like saddam? US put him in place and later failed to take him out, US staged multiple coupes around the world and tried to invade cuba.

the Vietnam war was a lie, look up the Gulf of tonkin incident.

Iran has no nucliaur weapons, israel and US do...

  • @Frankz0r1 Us getting involved in foreign affairs that do not concern us is a mistake on our part. Like socialism, that ideology works in theory alone, but applied to reality it sucks. What happens overseas happens. The government cannot solve one's problems, nor can it give freely to people. If you had a deck of cards in your hand and you tried to deal everybody in you'd run out of cards sooner or later and everyone would be left with nothing because you gave away all of the stock.

  • @puppetmaster1011

thats why you have taxes, deal cards then get some back so you can deal again. With money the banks just print out new money to give away in exchange for something of materialr value or labour.

and as far as your theory on socialism goes, democracy looks the same, nice on paper but corrupt in reality.

  • @Frankz0r1 Same thing is with the government. The government would run out of stock and people would be treated more like numbers because they would have no choice but to rely on the government for all of their needs when it should be a representation of the country and provide protection. It doesn't matter if Israel does have nuclear weapons. The neighboring countries have always been at war with them since Biblical times.

  • @puppetmaster1011

you do know that there was no israel before WW2 right ?

  • @Frankz0r1 Yes, it was formed in Pakistan. The Israeli lineage has always existed, although they were referred to as Jews and children of Israel in biblical times. Ever since then they've faced strong prejudice. Freedom always comes at a price in this world and doesn't last forever. That's due to the flawed nature of man. I advise we enjoy our freedom while it lasts.

  • @puppetmaster1011

They both start with a P but i think you mean Palestine?

your advice sound kinda nice but i prefer a revolution and fight for our freedom and our childerens freedom. I aint gonna be no slave to the new world order. Anyway, i read your earlier post again, the one with the flag burning in it. Maybe you should also watch Zeitgeist, you can download it for free or watch it in parts on youtube.

  • @puppetmaster1011 so thats ur logic ? someone burns a us flag ? and they are behind 9/11 ? people hate america bcuz ur imperalist from south america to east asia

9/11 was inside job, the twin towers had explosives inside

  • @harj2009 According to what? A cropped-up, far-leftist documentary. If nations hate America so much, then why would our own leaders attack our own nation on 9/11. That sounds more like something an anti-american country, the Middle East would do. Al-Queda was responsible for the 9/11 incident. Afghanistan was only a supporter of the incident. Thats the reason for the flag burning.

  • @puppetmaster1011 it would give them excuse to invade Afghanistan and Iraq , encircle Iran, Republican Party donors would make billions in defense department contracts

Israel would be able to kill more Palestinian in the name of anti terror

from South America, cuba to Europe every one hates America

    because you are imperialist

no one celebrated 9/11 except for 3 jews in new york , if you dont believe me google it

  • It doesn't take much money to do what they did. It's not like they attacked us with fighter jets. Our colleges in this country take foreigners in all the time if they have a good academic background. All it would take is a religious fanatic who also happens to be a good student. He goes to flight school, gets his training, and then it's just a matter of hijacking the plane. At least back then it was that simple.

  • how come you were abusing " far left wackos, (or was it far right? do you remember bill?) for saying that on your shows, clips of which i have just watched on youtube, and now the bush administration is out of power, you have changed your view COMPLETELY is thiss hypocrisy or mere memory loss, please put my suspicious wacko mind to rest.....

  • Thousands of American lives are lost...

Never mind the millions of Iraqi lives. But I guess they are worth nothing correct?

  • Polls are all over the place on actual hard count... but the loss of life in Iraq for the Iraqi people is by far greater than suffered by American forces.

Never mind the deaths... look at the suffering of untold millions in Iraq. Look at the birth defects suffered because of the use of depleted uranium weapons.

Americans don't have to deal with these problems every day.

  • U must work for the ACLU.

  • Nope.

I am sick of the Elite Banking Cabals / Military Industrial complex waging wars where they profit off of supplying all sides with arms, etc.

The next time you hear and then question how much this is costing American Tax Payers... I want a better question to pop into your head...

Who exactly is getting these Billions and Billions being spent?

It's billoreilly and other shills of the same ilk, left and right, who's job it is to obfuscate the real issues and get the sheople all riled up.

  • @batfly Excuse me, you motherfucker, can't Americans moan dead

    solders without being demonized?

You are taking that guy's words out of context.

And, no, American don't have the time to feel sorry for everybody around the world.

DO ALL THE PEOPLE IN IRAQ GIVE A SHIT ABOUT AMERICANS' LIVES?

I FIND THAT HARD TO BELIEVE.

  • @ttiiyy

What are you talking about... Words out of context? What words?

How did I demonize any american?

I only called out the truth about the military industrial complex backed by the elitist banking cabal who could care less about american lives being destroyed in countless fruitless wars across the globe.

To them, American soldiers are dumb stupid animals to be used as pawns.

I served in the Gulf War as an airborne Linguist 1989 to 1995. Give me the respect of a dumb stupid animal

  • Bill O'reilly I approve of your shift from neoconservatism! America needs to let the world find their own solutions to their problems.

  • he's never bee a neoconservative. His rivals just try to make him one. these videos prove that.

  • @Sivels Tell that to the people who are suffering. To the all women in Iraq and Afghanistan. If you look on the situation in countries, who are occupied by some other country, mostly people want someone to help and only country which actually can do it and want to do it is US. First and second world war. Bosnia and Kosovo etc.

When US doesnt intervene, Rwanda happened. About 800000 people died because people were thinking that their find their own solutions. And they find it, unfortunately...

  • @BigLebowsk I admire your empathy for strangers. I understand you want to save them through the barrel of a gun? Great idea. We'll send you the bill for the "invention"'s expenses.

  • @BigLebowsk I hope you're not trying to justify the Afghanistan / iraqi wars as nations of people crying out to be saved by america? And not a massive corporate (Your government) take over of those countries natural resources under the guise of WMA's threats and terrorism? 120000 Iraqi civilians have died since 2003. I''m sure they are happy for your help. The sooner you guys wake up to the domestic terrorism that's happening right in front of your eyes, the safer our little planet will become.

  • All of a sudden ol' Bill's a pacifist... except for the occasional hellfire bombing raid.

  • no. he just said we can't use force for every single situation.

  • My point was that once he was the biggest cheerleader for Iraq, and now he is saying what many of us were saying before the war: Sure, it would be great to be rid of Saddam, but at what price? BillO seems to be finally coming around.

  • I wouldn't call him a cheerleader and he's been against the war for a while now. He just felt it was justified to go into Iraq.

  • bamboozlewatch he was never a cheerleader. he never said lets go in there. he basically felt once it was decided to go in there, that Americans should be supportive and try to "win", and not undermine the president. basically he believed that one shouldnt criticize a commander and chief in a time of war on foreign policy. similar to why he doesnt criticize obama on Afghanistan.

now you may disagree with that, i think a lot of people do, but you're incorrect to say he was for the war.

  • @bamboozlewatch you FORGOT about one very important

    thing:

    MANY DEMOCRATS SUPPORTED THE WAR

AS WELL. DOES CLINTON RING A BELL?
