  • Very impressive! Many, many thanks for this.

  • Muy buen ejercicio de Koryu Uchinadi, aunque esas guardias al estilo Kick Boxing y esos golpes tipo boxeo, es mas una aportación moderna que algo verdaderamente tradicional

  • Very nice drill. Thanks.

  • very nice!!

  • very nice thank you for the video

  • aw jeeze, that was awesome!

  • This version is way cooler than the version I learned.

  • I end up learning the basics of the Quadrant drill and I found it very interesting.

  • This is great, nice flow. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hey Sensei, cool, looking pretty cool!!

  • Joe sensei,

Isn't that funny, my wife said the same thing :-0

It is the same drill. Informally, this is called the quadrant drill, and it is central to receiving impact-related HAPV for the purpose of responding, capturing and or controlling.

  • McCarthy Sensei: If I am not mistaken, this must be the same Uke-waza drill you shared with me in the courtyard of the hotel in Narita a couple of years ago? I wonder how many strange looks we got as people looked out their windows and saw you beating me up... ;)

  • This is cool, excellent work.

  • Looks great. When I do this drill its usually done at a slower pace and one side at a time. This looks great done at a faster pace and mixing both sides left and right. Can't wait to try.

  • As always, great stuff.
