It's interesting. As a Scorpio Male, I have tons of friends that are waters signs. Now while some of what you say appears to be true with the Scorpio/Pisces combo. In relationships, I've not had one Piscine woman manifest into relationship. In fact, I've had the worst luck with Piscine women.
