The Zr1 is built on the Z06 chasis, so it could realistically be a mule car to test the engine/brakes etc. Look at the front fender just forward of the doors why would someone replace the vents with just a black piece of fiber glass unless you were a factory test engineering trying to hide what you are driving. power was never an issue. however some euro editors found it a bit tail happy, and harsh to drive. I think the car was fine with the power it had personally. GM should have put more emphasis on chassis and suspension than power, but we shall see how improved it is compared to the ZO6.

exactly lol. they're not going out for another couple months, and the GTR has indeed been tested with the ZO6 and is much quicker both on the street and track. some dealerships already have them because i've seen them, but not letting anyone drive them or even get in them. just mostly for display.

the ssc can do 273. i know it was recorded at 257 but nasa proved that it could go that fast given a bit more road than it was given.and the guys from tvr said that the new tvr brabus was able to do that speed but they r not sure that it was stable enough so they dont know if they would ever try it at those speeds,dud im a simipro racer i race 911s and the new gtr is about 1.8 seconds faster than a 911 turbo dud i lost to one.its just about equal to a gt3,im going pro so ill be driving acr viper

Ha ha!! This isnt a ZR1. Its a Z06 with a different hood. And why would they have the side louver covered? Why?? Its because they dont want you to see the "Z06" badge. And to back up my statement, take a look at 1:08. The ZR1's side louver has 2 holes, not 1 (like a Z06 or standard model). AND at 1:31 you have a perfect view of the top of the hood, with NO see-through view of the supercharger. Nice try, but it didnt fool me. Nice Z06 though. I wish I had one....

ssc aero tt was actually recorded at just over 257, but ya same thing basically. you wouldn't feel the extra mph at that speed anyways. and its impossible for any brabus out today to hit 270, even if it were modified or tuned. it would be completely unbalanced.

um dud ur wrong,the new gtr is not faster than the new zr1 corvette or the new viper gts,both of them are posting time less than 3.4 seconds zero to 60 and top out at 235,it may be faster than the stock versions of both cars but it aint faster than the mode version,dud my uncle works for a nissan dealer ship and i know this it may be evenly matched than a 911 gt3 but it cant take on the zr1 and the viper gts acr its been proven look it up if u dont believe me..

honda was barely founded in 1948, whereas chevy broke off GM in the early 1910s. That gives chevrolet about a 30 year advantage with technology. comparing a car from 1960 barely gives honda 4 years to come up with a super car. Of course a supercar from the 1960s will have a higher resale value than a econo-car even if the super car was trashed like a piece of shit.
now compare a 02 Acura Nsx to a 02 Chevrolet Corvette. Why is it that the nsx has twice the resale value of a corvette?

The Zr1 is built on the Z06 chasis, so it could realistically be a mule car to test the engine/brakes etc. Look at the front fender just forward of the doors why would someone replace the vents with just a black piece of fiber glass unless you were a factory test engineering trying to hide what you are driving. power was never an issue. however some euro editors found it a bit tail happy, and harsh to drive. I think the car was fine with the power it had personally. GM should have put more emphasis on chassis and suspension than power, but we shall see how improved it is compared to the ZO6.
